User Reviews Second visit to the Russia house with a client, as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, I found the service at its worst: our server Tatiana or Tatana server #11. Seemed to over whelmed with catering to our needs, first it took about 5-7 minutes before we recieved water, then instead of a basket with rolls, we recieved 1 roll without butter, finally after a few minutes more our server came and slap the butter on the table, afterwards I had to persue her attention for drinks, she made it clear that she was real busy. Once the meal came, bread and drinks were never offered to us again, I felt like I was the server. The meal itself was fair and not worth the heafty price. I have eaten in restaurants all over the metro area and all over the world. Russia house lives up to its name and character COLD. I will never be a patron again and I will never recommend the restaurant as well.
