I just wish these folks could figure out what they want to be. The format has changed a half a dozen times since they opened. Many times when their hours say they're open they are not. I cannot figure out what "crowd" they are trying to appeal to and the location for whatever they are trying accomplish is terrible. This building should have been torn down years ago. There is nothing historic nor appealing to it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at So Addictive for one of their Sunday brunches with some friends. The food was fantastic. The brunch had a wide variety of choices from pancakes, waffles, and omelettes to salads, pastas, and fresh fruit to a ton of desserts including a chocolate fountain, which the ladies loved.
My Personal favorites were the curry chicken salad and the spinach salid with a pomegranate dressing. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and they even had a jazz musician playing! If you are looking for somewhere cool to eat on a Sunday afternoon, I highly recommend it.

Ended up in Old Town Herndon, on a Sunday. We decided to eat at So Addictive Lounge. The menu had something for everyone. The staff was very friendly, we met the owner and manager both of whom we enjoyed chatting with. The relaxed vibe, great food and cool crowd was a refreshing change. We could use a place like So Addictive in Bethesda.

It's hard to find parking, but there's a lot of activity going on and it looks like a new menu. The food's gotten better and the service has definitely improved from my last visit. It's almost completely different from my last visit.

The food is subpar, the service leaves something to be desired, and the prices are incompatible with the quality. Herndon needs something new to call its own, and this is, so far, not it.

We went for the 'gourmet' brunch and found much to be desired. The scrambled eggs were cold as was much of the rest of the food. The only other 'gourmet' items on the cold buffet were rice, chicken parm and fried fish filets...the only thing edible on the whole menu was the made to order omlette and the coffee. For almost $20/person with coffe and juice I wouldn't waste your time. I was really hoping to find a moderatly priced brunch offering in the Herndon area but this is NOT it....

Well, I had the hardest time finding the restaurant but when I did I found there's no convenient parking since it sits on the busiest corner in Herdon (Spring Street and Elden).Since I couldn't locate any easy access parking (it appears it's across the street and then you're competing with the other shops who do provide the same parking). Anyway, I did check out their pics of the place and it looks like a great concept as far as what they offer. My only suggestion is that they include pictures of all their menu items in addition to showing full cases of their offerings. As it is, there's only a few pics of the food but I'd like to see a picture of each menu item so that it serves as a good enticement to get people to come in since they may not be as likely to with the parking situation. However, I do sincerely hope this cafe makes a go of it because they do offer a great selection of menu items plus they're geared toward those who want to have a nicer place to hang out with their laptops, MP3s, etc.and still have some real food choices beyond what Starbucks offers.

This new lounge is crazy, out of this world! I ordered the Deluxe Cheeseburger and tried one of their hundreds of desserts, (and I mean literally 100s) Exotic Bomba, it was insane. You can't find desserts like this anywhere and the burger was awesome. You can tell they use fresh meat and the atmosphere is outstanding. This is definately going to be one of my favorite hang out spots. I am going to support them and make sure they gonna stay around! It's just what Herndon needs. Good for them.
